Major ANSTRUTHER-GRAYasked the Prime Minister whether he has received a letter from the secondary education committee of the county of Fife showing the serious loss occasioned to the school boards of the county owing to the allocation of the Education (Scotland) Fund, which has fallen from 5s. 6d. to 1s. 1d. per pupil in the last three years; and whether he intends to take any steps in the matter?
