RUSSELL (Vice-President of the Department of Agriculture, Ireland)Whenever it is known that the carrying companies concerned, who are being communicated with in the matter, are willing to arrange for shipping live stock from Rosslare, the Department will be prepared to recommend the issue by the Board of Agriculture and Fisheries of an Order adding Rosslare to the list of Irish ports from which animals may be received at landing places in Great Britain.
