Mr. FREDERICK HALL (Dulwich)asked the Home Secretary the result of his communication to the Royal College of Surgeons as to the charges made by Sir Victor Horsley with reference to the treatment of Miss Lilian Lenton while in prison; and if he will submit the terms of his communication and reply thereto, in order to afford the House an opportunity 1660 of drawing its conclusions with regard to the serious allegations made and the grounds on which he addressed his complaint to the College of Surgeons?
