§ Dr. MACNAMARAIt is the intention to establish a canteen at Cromarty for the benefit of men of the Home Fleets visiting Cromarty Firth, generally on the lines of that established at Lamlash. With regard to the points referred to by my hon Friend in the latter part of the question, the whole matter is still in the early stages of consideration, and it would be premature at present to make any definite statement.
§ Mr. HOGGEWill the Admiralty use their influence to extend to the people of Scotland the scheme of disinterested management which apparently they wish for the sailors?
