Mr. EDMUND HARVEYasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he will publish in a White Paper 1658 or circulate with the Votes the text of the judgment of the Chief Justice of the High Court of British East Africa, in which the decision is given that the Court has no power to try the action brought by certain Masai chiefs to contest the legality of their transfer from the Northern Reserve; and whether he can state if an appeal has yet been lodged against the judgment?
