Tonge, 1, Angel Cottages, Plynlimmon Road, Hastings, in April last, when his child was about two months old, made a declaration of objection to vaccination before Mr. Eaton, J.P., and posted the form to the vaccination officer; whether he is aware that the officer is now threatening proceedings on the ground that he did not receive the exemption paper, although he did not send Form Q to the parent; and whether he will inform the officer that, under the circumstances, this is a case in which a summons need not be issued?
§ Mr. BURNSMy attention has been drawn to this case. I communicated with the vaccination officer, and, upon receiving his reply, informed him that, in my opinion, this is not a case in which he should take further proceedings.
