§ The PRIME MINISTERThe question whether an Act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom applies, in the absence of express provision, to Ireland will, after the passing of the Government of Ireland Bill, as now, be a question depending on the intention of Parliament as shown by the provisions of the Act.
