§ The PRIME MINISTEROn Monday and Tuesday we propose to take the Committee stage of the Franchise Bill. If the first Amendment on Women Suffrage should fail to be carried at half-past Seven on Monday, we propose to take the Report stage of the Trades Unions (No. 2) Bill that evening. On Wednesday we propose to finish the Committee stage of the Established Church (Wales) Bill, and on Thursday and Friday we propose to continue the discussion on the Franchise Bill.
