The PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY to the BOARD of TRADE (Mr. Robertson)The Board of Trade have concluded arrangements under this Section with ninety-five associations having 5,300 branches. I am sending the hon. Member a copy of a pamphlet showing the names and branches of these associations and the forms of agreement adopted, and I shall be happy to forward a copy to any other hon. Member who may wish it.

Mr. ROBERTSONTwo hundred and fifty-two associations have given notice of their intention to apply for a repayment under this Section, and the Board of Trade are now considering these cases to see how far they satisfy the requirements of the Regulations. I am sending the hon. Member copies of the Regulations relating to repayments under Section 106 and of a pamphlet explaining the requirements of the Board in regard to them. In due course a list of associations and of the repayments made to them will be published.
