§ Mr. KELLAWAYI beg to ask the Prime Minister a question, of which I have given him private notice—Can he say will it be necessary for the House to meet in the interval between the Adjournment in February and the date which may be fixed for the Prorogation?
§ The PRIME MINISTERIn the event of the House of Lords amending any of the Bills which may have been sent up to them, it will be necessary for the House of Commons to assemble some time before the Prorogation, in order that the Amendments may be duly considered by this House.
