Mr. FRANCIS MEEHANasked whether the Estates Commissioners re ceived a memorial signed by the tenants on the Montgomery, Hamilton, Johnston, Townsend, and Massey estates, county Leitrim, pointing out the losses, hard ships, and inconveniences they suffer for want of a road leading through these estates to the neighbouring towns of Drumkeerin and Dowra; and whether the Commissioners would favourably consider their memorial and make the road or give a Grant in aid of the same?
