Mr. GEORGE GREENWOODasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he is aware that it is the practice, whilst boys are in detention in the Belmont Road Workhouse, Liverpool, on remand from the Bootle and Liverpool Police Courts, to subject such boys to the operation of vaccination without the consent either of the boys themselves or of their parents; whether it is the rule in any of His Majesty's prisons to vaccinate accused persons when on remand; and whether he will take steps to put an end to this practice?
