§ The SECRETARY of STATE for the HOME DEPARTMENT (Mr. McKenna)The Prime Minister has asked me to reply to this question. The answer is in the negative. I would point out that, if the Amendment which I have placed on the Paper is accepted by the Committee, the names of the Commissioners will not be inserted in the Bill.
