44. Mr. TYSON WILSONasked the hon. Member for St. George's-in-the-East, 1173 as representing the First Commissioner of Works, if he is aware that Messrs. Colbourne, contractors, of Swindon, who have the contract for the erection of a new post office at Leamington, are not paying their workmen on that job the proper rate of pay when they are working overtime; and whether he will compel this firm to pay all arrears of overtime pay, or remove them from the list of contractors who are invited to tender for work for his Department?
