The SECRETARY for SCOTLAND (Mr. McKinnon Wood)A few complaints of illegal trawling on the North coasts of Scotland have been inquired into recently and found to be well founded, but there is no reason to suppose that the depredations have been such as the present fleet of cruisers cannot effectively check.
