DUNCANasked the Secretary to the Admiralty whether he is aware that payment for overtime worked by the clerical staff at the Royal Naval Torpedo Factory, Greenock, was suspended in July last; that overtime was continuous throughout August and September, a total of 450 hours extra attendance being given by the clerical staff; whether applications have been made to the Admiralty for payment; and, if so, will he say when this will be sanctioned?
