§ Sir E. GREYOne of the two salaried Vice-Consuls to be appointed under the superintendence of His Majesty's Consul at Loanda has already reached Fernando 680 Po. It is hoped to appoint the second Vice-Consul shortly. The Vice-Consuls will reside for alternate periods of six months, respectively, at Fernando Po and San Thomé and at Lobito.
