Major ANSTRUTHER-GRAYasked the Secretary to the Treasury whether the position of the fishermen on the Fife coast has been brought to his notice; whether he is aware of the desire on the part of those who are practically shareholders in fishing vessels to be exempt from the compulsory provisions of the National Insurance Act; and, if so, what steps he proposes to take to meet the desires of this industrious community, seeing that they are wholly dependent on a precarious livelihood?
