§ Mr. MASTERMANThe report referred to is the result of an inquiry into the objections raised against the draft special Order including married women outworkers within the provisions of Part I. of the National Insurance Act. It is a report to the Commissioners, who do not propose to modify or withdraw the Order, which was liable to challenge when it was first issued.
Mr. WORTHINGTON-EVANSWas it possible to challenge it, seeing that the Government had taken all the time of the House?
Mr. MASTER MANI believe it could have been challenged at the time, and I am not sure that it could not have been challenged after eleven o'clock at night.
