§ Mr. MASTERMANRegulations have been issued providing for the election of two representatives of the medical profession to each insurance committee, and a circular, explaining the method of election and enclosing a nomination paper, 38 has been sent to every practitioner appearing upon the medical register. The method of election is that known as the single transferable vote.
