§ The SECRETARY of STATE for WAR (Colonel Seely)This farm was not run as a public undertaking, and no balance therefore was due to the State. The credit balance amounting to £244 11s. 8d., when the farm was closed down, being a private fund, was assigned in 1910 to charitable purposes connected with the Army.
