(b) does not consist of money arising from the sale of parsonage houses in Wales or Monmouthshire, or the securities in which any such money is for the time being invested.

Leave out the words

"For the purpose of determining what property is derived from sources other than Welsh sources, Queen Anne's Bounty shall ascertain and by order declare the amount by which Grants made out of the Royal Bounty Fund for the purposes of the Church in Wales have exceeded the sums received by them by way of first fruits and tenths in respect of ecclesiastical offices in the Church in Wales, and such part of any Grant so made by them as is proportionate to such excess shall be deemed to have been derived from sources other than "Welsh sources."

And insert instead thereof the words

"Two-thirds of each Grant made by Queen Anne's Bounty out of the Royal Bounty Fund shall, for the purposes of this Schedule, be deemed to have been derived from sources other than Welsh sources."—[Mr. McKenna.]
