§ Mr. BURNSI assume that my hon. Friend is referring to the inquiry held in the latter part of 1907 with respect to the expenditure on the new workhouse and infirmary. It is not the general practice to publish such reports, and I saw no reason to depart from the ordinary rule in this case.
