K I N LOCH-COOKEasked the President of the Local Government Board whether when an old age pensioner who is not able-bodied is admitted to the workhouse for medical or other care and assistance that pensioner is disqualified for pension and, if so, will he consider the advisability of allowing the guardians to appropriate the whole or such portion of the pension as may be required for that cost and attendance?
