§ Mr. RUPERT GWYNNEMay I ask you, Sir, whether I should be in order in raising the policy of the Government in regard to the Sir Stuart Montagu Samuel Indemnity Bill on the Appropriation Bill this afternoon, or whether the fact that the Government have left it on the list, although they do not mean to proceed with it, acts as a Blocking Motion so that we cannot discuss the matter?
§ Mr. SPEAKERThe fact that the Bill remains as one of the Orders of the Day would prevent the hon. Member raising a discussion upon it on another Order of the Day. He must wait until that particular Order is reached.
