§ The FINANCIAL SECRETARY to the TREASURY (Mr. Masterman)Boy messengers are recruited when required by the various Departments concerned, and I fear I have no information as to the number under fifteen years of age now employed. The hon. Member will find sonic information on the subject in the Report on Boy Labour in the Post Office recently presented (Cd. 6959).
