§ Mr. RUNCIMANThe annual Report under the Diseases of Animals Acts has been unfortunately delayed by the long absence through illness, both of the assistant secretary of the animals division and of the chief veterinary officer of the Board, but I hope that it will be issued in a few weeks' time. The Report on the distribution of Grants for agricultural education and research will probably be issued in October.
