Mr. LAMBERT (Civil Lord of the Admiralty)The works under construction at Killingholme are due for 1748 competition, during 1914. The foundations are known to be on marsh, land, and, in accordance with Admiralty experience and practice at similar sites, provision is made in the contract for lifting and rebedding tanks as may be necessary.
