§ Mr. HERBERT SAMUELScale payment sub-postmasters have received 10s. each as a payment on account in respect of the first six months of the period during which the Insurance Act has been in operation, this being one-half of the proposed minimum annual payment of £1. With regard to the last part of the hon. Member's question, I beg to refer him to the answers which I gave to similar questions on the 28th of July.
