§ The FINANCIAL SECRETARY to the TREASURY (Mr. Masterman)Land valuers employed under the Finance (1909–10) Act, 1910, are subject to the same regulations, in regard to special leave for Territorial training, as other Civil servants. I am not prepared to alter these regulations.
