Mr. CHARLES ROBERTSasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether the 956 labourers repatriated this year from the Islands of San Thomé and Principé to the mainland of Angola carried with them the minimum sum of £18 each to which they are now entitled by Portuguese regulations; and, if not, can he state the average sum carried back by each labourer?
