Mr. HUNTasked (1) whether it has yet been found possible to give Special Reserve officers pay during instruction in flying; and (2) whether, as officers have to provide their own lodging and outfit for instruction in flying, he can now say whether anything can be allowed towards these expenses if an officer is prevented by illness or accident from obtaining a certificate?
