§ The SECRETARY of STATE for the COLONIES (Mr. Harcourt)I have not received any information as to an outbreak of anthrax or other disease among men or cattle in the New Southern Reserve allotted to the Masai, but there has not yet been time for the receipt of an answer to the specific inquiry which I addressed to the Governor on my hon. Friend's question of the 19th ultimo.
