§ Mr. McKENNAI would refer the hon. Member to the reply I gave to his previous question on Tuesday last. Forcible feeding of this prisoner was discontinued after the 25th of this month, but, as he still persisted in his refusal of food, I ordered his temporary discharge under the Prisoners (Temporary Discharge for Ill-health) Act, and he was released accordingly yesterday morning.
