§ The CHANCELLOR of the EXCHEQUER (Mr. Lloyd George)As was stated by the Financial Secretary to the Treasury, in reply to a question by the hon. Member for Lewisham on 2nd April, 1912, the arrangements to be made on the embodiment of the Territorial Force will be a matter for consideration when the occasion arises; and I do not consider it necessary to make any statement on the subject at the present time.
