Private Bills (Standing Orders not previously inquired into complied with),—Mr. SPEAKER laid upon the Table Report from one of the Examiners of Petitions for Private Bills, That, in the case of the following Bills, referred on the Second Reading thereof, the Standing Orders not previously inquired into, and which are applicable thereto, have been complied with, namely:—

Sir HARRY SAMUEL reported from the Committee on Group C of Private Bills, that the parties opposing the Bishop's Waltham Water Bill had stated that the evidence of Aurelius Victor Maybury, M.D., was essential to their case, and, it having been proved that his attendance could not be procured without the intervention of the House, he had been instructed to move that the said Aurelius Victor Maybury, M.D., do attend the said Committee To-morrow, at half-past Eleven of the clock. Ordered, That Aurelius Victor Maybury, M.D., do attend the said Committee on Group C of Private Bills To-morrow, at half-past Eleven of the clock.
