§ Mr. LLOYD GEORGEIt is impossible to say, without knowing fully the facts of any particular case, whether tenant right ought or ought not to be included. I might add that any value attributable to tenant right will be dealt with in the "occasion" valuation in precisely the same way as in the original valuation.
