§ Mr. HERBERT LEWISUnder the existing law the Local Government Board are not empowered to take action with regard to the process of colouring milk referred to in the question. As the hon. Member has no doubt observed, this is one of the matters in respect of which my right hon. Friend proposes to take power to make Regulations under the Milk and Dairies Bill.
