Mr. GOLDSMITHasked the Secretary of State for War whether he is aware that the War Office sanctioned some months ago the purchase of a site for a new drill hall at Stowmarket, but that the county association cannot proceed with the building as they are unable to obtain the consent of the War Office to the detailed plans which they have submitted; and whether he can state when such consent will be given?
