§ Mr. MASTERMANThe funds from Irish sources under the control of the National Debt Commissioners are invested in Parliamentary Securities created or issued under an Act of Parliament and chargeable on the Consolidated Fund of the United Kingdom, or in securities the due payment of the interest on which is guaranteed by authority of Parliament.
