§ Mr. LLOYD GEORGEThe amount of Mineral Rights Duty charged in Scotland up to 31st March, 1912, in respect of the financial year ending on that date was £48,833. The duty actually collected during that year amounted to £72,461, but this sum included arrears of previous years.
