§ Mr. BIRRELLThe Estates Commissioners have received the resolution referred to. The holding on the De Vesci estate, Queen's County, formerly occupied by Delany's father is now in the possession of another tenant. The Commissioners have decided to take no action in the matter.

Mr. FRANCIS MEEHANasked whether the Estates Commissioners have considered the application of Mary Connolly, of Eden, Rossinver, county Leitrim, for reinstatement in the farm from which she and her family were evicted on the estate of James Johnston, Kinlough, on the 13th May, 1899; and whether, having regard to the fact that the occupying tenant is willing to give up possession, she will be reinstated or supplied with a suitable farm elsewhere?
