§ Sir J. LONSDALEI beg to ask the Prime Minister a question which, at the right hon. Gentleman's request, was postponed from Wednesday last, namely: Whether he proposes to put down a Motion terminating the suspension of the hon. and learned Member for North Armagh (Mr. Moore)?
§ The PRIME MINISTERI asked the hon. Baronet to postpone the question until to-day in order that I might have an opportunity of looking into the precedents, which are not numerous. I have been in communication with the Chairman of Ways and Means, and, at his strongly expressed desire, I propose to put down a Motion in the course of a day or two in regard to the matter.
