§ 58. Mr. JOYNSON-HICKSasked the Prime Minister whether he has received the interim Report of the Royal Commission on the Law Courts; whether the arrears in the King's Bench Court are worse now than they were a year ago; and whether he will take immediate steps for the appointment of another judge?
§ The PRIME MINISTERI understand that the interim Report has just been received. I am not yet aware of its contents nor of what recommendations the Commission may have made. The Report will be very carefully considered.
