Ordered, "That the Lords Message [1st April], That it is desirable that the Forgery Bill [Lords] be referred to a Joint Committee of both Houses of Parliament, be now considered.—[Mr. Gulland.]

Resolved, That this House doth concur with the Lords in the said Resolution."—[Mr. Illingworth.]
