Resolutions reported from the Select Committee:

  1. 1. That, in the case of the London County Council (General Powers) Bill Petition for additional Provision, the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with:—That the parties be permitted to insert the Additional Provision if the Committee on the Bill think fit."
  2. 2. "That, in the case of the Silloth Gas, Petition for leave to deposit Petition for Bill, the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with:—That the parties be permitted to deposit their Petition for a Bill."
  3. 3. That, in the case of the London County Council (Tramways, Trolley Vehicles, and Improvements), Petition for Bill, the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with:—That the parties be permitted to proceed with their Bill, on the condition that Tramways Nos. 2, 4, 4a, 5, 5a, 6, 8, 8a, and 8b are struck out of the Bill:—That the Committee on the Bill do report how far such Order has been complied with."
