By a special Order which came into force on 15th July last, the class of outworkers specified in paragraph (j) of Part II. of the First Schedule to the National Insurance Act has been brought within the scope of the compulsory provisions of the Act. The Order is No. 921 in the series of Statutory Rules and Orders, 1912.
