§ Mr. HERBERT SAMUELThe case of Mr. Ball, sorting clerk and telegraphist, Hull, to whom this question apparently refers, has been considered on more than one occasion; and Mr. Ball has been informed that full particulars of his service will be represented to the Treasury on his retirement in the ordinary course.
