§ 68. Mr. DUNCAN MILLARasked when the Regulations as to the hours of employment of winding enginemen, framed under Section 57 (3) of the Coal Mines Act, 1911, will come into operation as finally adjusted?
§ Mr. McKENNAI have, in accordance with the recommendation of the Referee, made an Order fixing the 30th June next as the date after which, except as provided by the Regulations, no winding engineman may be employed more than eight hours a day. The Regulations will come into force at the same time.
