§ The SECRETARY of STATE for FOREIGN AFFAIRS (Sir Edward Grey)No progress has been made in the negotiations since the date of the hon. Member's question on the same subject in October last year. His Majesty's Government are now considering the advisability of deputing a representative of the Board of Fisheries to discuss the matter personally with the competent department of the French Government.
